Skip the code, use the form

Thanks to PapaScott‘s tip and jim‘s confirmation, I won’t be stealing Mark’s code after all: blo.gs doesn’t mind having you switch back and forth between it’s XML-RPC ping and using the ping form, and it remembers your RSS URL even if you don’t keep telling it, so you can just use the ping form once to tell it about your RSS, and then go back to pinging normally. Or just have a little patience and wait until Jim starts doing autodiscovery of RSS URLs, but where’s the fun in that?
