Corante RSS

The Corante weblogs now have RSS feeds. I’ve bitched, I’ve been insulting, now I’ve subscribed. Some favorites:

  • Amateur Hour – Jonathan Peterson on amateur publishing
  • The Bottom Line – Arnold Kling on “the economics of IT” (and much more)
  • Copyfight – Donna Wentworth on copyright, intellectual property, and much more (fuller feed than the previous scraped version)
  • Corante on Blogging – Hylton Jolliffe’s look at blogging, the linklog that I would try to do if I were far less lazy
  • Many-to-Many – Elizabeth Lane Lawley, Clay Shirky, Ross Mayfield, Sébastien Paquet & Jessica Hammer on ‘Social Software’
  • Moore’s Lore – Dana Blankenhorn’s curmudgeonly* look at new technology, and old technology’s attempts to become new

* I should note that I’ve alternately answered the “what do you want to be when you grow up” question with “A curmudgeon” or “A crusty old fart” for long enough now that I’m close to achieving my goal: curmudgeon is a tip of the hat, not a slam.

I’ve been scraping Corante’s blogs for quite some time and providing my own feeds. Nice to see that they’ve woken up and provided the feeds themselves. Provide a feed or you will be scraped.
