Now that the Blogger API is back up, Bloggar, the API client I was trying out before, is back as well, with version 1.10 (upgrade or new install) available in English, Português Brasil, or Español (and it’s now safe to edit your template with html character entities in it, and for the slow-witted like me, the Post button changes to Save while you are editing a template – thanks Marcelo!).
